Registration Deadline - Friday, March 11, 2011.
Conference Registration
Registration fees for participants and guests include all refreshment breaks, Saturday continental breakfast, box lunch and dinner, and Sunday continental breakfast, plus all conference sessions and materials. A pre-conference session will be held on Thursday, March 17. There is a separate fee of $30 to attend.
Note: A "guest" refers to someone that will be accompanying you to sessions and meals. If a person will not be joining us for sessions and meals, then you do not need to puchase a "guest" registration.
The registration deadline is Friday, March 11, 2011. A late fee of $50 will be added to registrations after that date. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. The name of the substitute, along with complete contact information, must be provided in advance of the conference dates.
A participant confirmation notice will be sent out via email prior to the conference with more details on travel and conference activities. Visit the conference page for other details about the event and for updates to the agenda.
Lodging
Although the February 15 deadline passed, you may still be able to get lodging for the conference. If you are unable to secure lodging, please contact Erin Hauge at 916-448-1198 x323, or erin 'AT' lgc 'DOT' org, or contact Tony Leonard at x315 or aleonard 'AT' lgc 'DOT' org. We may have a room available.
Lodging is not included in the registration fee. It is highly recommended that you secure your lodging before registering for the conference. Demand for rooms in Yosemite this time of year is always high.
Lodging reservation are available on-line. Go to http://www.yosemitepark.com/Reservations.aspx click the link to make a reservation, and be sure to enter the group code 12X7T7. You can also use the Yosemite Concession Services Corp. Reservation Request Form (PDF) to reserve your lodging — the deadline is February 15, 2011.
